Foam rasp
Due to a dense, pointed rasp tooth geometry and a friction-inhibiting special coating, demanding milling geometries can also be milled with highly abrasive materials (e.g. composite foam).
The advantages at a glance:
- Heat dissipation through the special M-coating
- no melting of the material, no incrustations on the tool); thus effective prevention of the sticking together of chip and tool.
- Despite the partly complex tool geometry, astonishingly high cutting parameters can be achieved, especially due to the very aggressive, numerous rasp teeth.
The difference in productivity compared to standard tools is clearly noticeable.
